We reached out to the owner of Joy Lux Candles to request a guest post, which they kindly obliged. We hope you enjoy learning more about these beautiful luxury candles.
Joy Lux Candles is a luxury line of small-batch, hand-poured, scented candles. Based in Chicago, IL the small business was created to bridge the gap between affordable luxury and powerful scent throw.
We are dedicated to bringing complex, vibrant and long-lasting fragrances to your world. Joy Lux is about transforming your space and creating new memories. The name means to “illuminate or light up your joy.” Lux also acts as a double entendre for both light and luxury. Our mission is to provide you with unique fragrances that fill up a room within minutes for a fraction of the cost by comparable luxury brands.
Transformative Fragrance Stories
Our fragrances tell stories that evoke senses and create a relaxing sense of exotic locale, even from the comfort of your own home. We take pride in creating and testing one-of-a-kind fragrances. Many of our fragrance stories are inspired by our own travels. For us, creating signature fragrances is the most exciting part of the candle making process. Our safe, phthalate-free fragrance is infused with essential oils for aromatherapy.
JL Smart Lid
Unlike other luxury brands that charge separately for their lids, included with every purchase is an engraved “JL smart lid”. It doubles as a protective barrier between your surface and the candle’s heat. You can also use it to provide a sleek, finished look when not in use and to prolong the candle’s scent.
Every candle also comes with a stylish dust bag that can be used to store accessories or travel with.
Our candles are strong but not over powering. Our vessels are an essential statement piece and addition to any space. They are housed in a stunning reusable, thick-cut brass vessel which holds 16 ounces of luxuriously scented soy blended wax, with lead-free, cotton wicks that burn for over 70 hours. Light up and enJOY!
